Naumi was our last stay after travelling 3 weeks in Aotearoa/NZ. We'd planned to check-in, unpack, return our Avis car, then relax before dinner and pack for our early morning international flight home Every phase of our one-night stay was excellent! After booking, the responsive staff gave us very helpful advice on transport options for our red-eye international flight On arrival/check-in, we were warmly welcomed and introduced to the hotel and our room - tasteful art and design throughout the hotel and pool surrounds. Our themed room and, especially, the shower, were masterful. We heard no planes and looked forward to our evening while relaxing by the pool with well-priced drinks Dinner was great - we shared two beautifully presented and delicious dishes! The service was wonderful We packed for our flight home and set our morning alarms Our bed was superb, and the next morning, we crammed the last of our gear into our luggage and checked we'd packed everything. Alas, my wife's wedding ring wasn't on her bedside table with her other rings. The bed base seemed fixed to the floor and we didn't have a long stick to scrape under the bed We reported the loss on checkout while our Uber was waiting. I messaged Naumii on our flight and they'd found the ring and advised we'd need to send a courier to get it home. Naumi staff packaged the ring and prepared a delivery label for DHL, who collected it soon after we contracted them. We'll have it in a couple of days and are extremely grateful for the Naumi staff initiative and service!

Review of our stay at Naumi Hotel (11/01/25 - 17/01/25) We had an amazing stay at Naumi Hotel! The stylish decor and the music at the entrance immediately set the tone. Check-in was quick and on time. Our room was stunning, with high-definition TV, comfortable bedding, fragrant bathroom products, a terrace with two chairs and a table, and thoughtful touches like bathrobes. The housekeeping service was impeccable. The 24/7 gym and heated pool were fantastic additions. We also appreciated the cozy dining lounge, the late check-out, and the instant refund of our deposit. Everything was perfect—thank you to the entire Naumi team for making our stay unforgettable!

The kids really enjoyed the waterfall shower in the room and the heated pool. Was a close good location to our tag tournament. Well priced considering it included buffet breakfast for 4! Loved the theme in the room - super funky and great air con! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Despite the hotel teeming with lots of kids etc from the tournament, it was very quiet in our room. Ample parking close to the entrance made it easy to cart all out stuff back and forth. All in all, the vibe of the hotel was fab! Around every corner there was something interesting to be found. Ice tea stands, popcorn machines, secret gardens, and hidden lounges.

My family & I were very happy with room and environment of the hotel. From the moment we checked in, everywhere was clean, comfortable and inviting. The room was great! The showers were a big hit for us. The service and care of the staff - especially the front of house staff - was AWESOME! We can not thank the Night Management and the Reception staff enough for their friendly manners and helpful assistance. The way you are treated by staff can make or break how you feel staying somewhere, and I have never been somewhere where the staff are caring, helpful and professional to people like this team.
