Very comfy beds, room was very clean and tidy. Great facilities. Nice relaxing lounge areas. Pool was great. Gym was good. Great location for the airport. Value for money. Restaurant food was good. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful whilst walking around the hotel.

Review of our stay at Naumi Hotel (11/01/25 - 17/01/25) We had an amazing stay at Naumi Hotel! The stylish decor and the music at the entrance immediately set the tone. Check-in was quick and on time. Our room was stunning, with high-definition TV, comfortable bedding, fragrant bathroom products, a terrace with two chairs and a table, and thoughtful touches like bathrobes. The housekeeping service was impeccable. The 24/7 gym and heated pool were fantastic additions. We also appreciated the cozy dining lounge, the late check-out, and the instant refund of our deposit. Everything was perfect—thank you to the entire Naumi team for making our stay unforgettable!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Naumi Hotel, it was a stopover before our christmas holiday to the Gold Coast and it exceeded our expectations. The room was stunning, the gym, even the pool, we got to enjoy a nice dip in the pool which my toddler absolutely loved! The price was perfect for the 4 of us, and we weren't sure what to expect. The beds were super comfy. Checkin and checkout were easy, parking was easy. Our experience was wonderful

This just became my go-to hotel when transiting through Auckland airport. All the staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful. While the actual structure of the hotel is concrete block, it has been painted and decorated so it appears really modern. We loved all the extras, such as the lollies and popcorn in the lobby, the drinks in our mini bar, and even the toiletries were great! The hotel can be reached via the yellow bus, or as we did, by Uber (which worked out to be cheaper, and quicker, for us than the bus). While there is an in-house restaurant, we chose to eat at “Indian Express”, which is about 100m down the road. The gym has modern gear, with a few multi stations, an elliptical trainer, treadmills, and bikes. I would happily recommend this hotel!!!

Great welcome, easy to check in and check out, request for a room with a bath was granted. Location to central Auckland was good, good car parking.
